Firstly the distillery have taken an Oloroso cask from Spain, filled it with sherry wine along with fresh orange peel and left to infuse for over 2 years. The wine is then decanted, Amrut single malt added and matured for a further 3 years, then bottled at 50% vol. The Man from Del Monte says yes!
